Green tea is un-fermented and contains very low caffeine levels. Green tea originates from China and is today associated with many cultures in Asia, from Japan to the Middle East. Recently, it has become more widespread in the West, where more black tea traditionally has been consumed. There are many varieties of green tea depending upon growing conditions, processing and harvesting time. Generally speaking Green Tea has a fresh and mild taste.
